Steven Sachs

Steven Sachs is an equity partner at Espinoza & Brock, PLLC and a distinguished member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Known for his experience in handling complex workers' compensation retaliation and personal injury cases in Texas, Steven has successfully litigated cases before prominent arbitration associations, including the AAA, JAMS, and the JWA, since 2011.

Raised in San Antonio, Steven's educational journey led him to the University of Texas at San Antonio and St. Mary's University School of Law. Drawing from his knowledge and experience, he frequently delivers compelling speeches to diverse organizations on the topics of work injuries, retaliation (Section 451), arbitration, and artificial intelligence. Steven serves as a Director of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. His outstanding contributions have earned him the recognition of being named a "Rising Star" multiple times by Thomson Reuters.

At Espinoza & Brock, Steven leads the firm's Culture Committee, a dedicated team of volunteer team members focused on fostering a positive and collaborative workplace environment. Through this initiative, he works to strengthen the firm's community and ensure its continued growth as a premier workplace for legal professionals.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Steven cherishes quality time with his family. He also showcases his competitive spirit by participating in Jiu Jitsu tournaments throughout the country and has currently achieved the rank of purple belt. It is through his unwavering passion and extensive experience in State Court and Arbitration that Steven significantly enriches our team and the broader legal community.
