Steven Sachs

Steven Sachs is a partner at the Espinoza Law Firm, renowned for his expertise in handling complex workers’ compensation retaliation and personal injury cases in Texas. With an impressive track record, Steven has successfully litigated cases before prominent arbitration associations, including the AAA, JAMS, and the JWA, since 2011.

Raised in San Antonio, Steven’s educational journey led him to the University of Texas at San Antonio and St. Mary’s University School of Law. Drawing from his knowledge and experience, he frequently delivers compelling speeches to diverse organizations on the topics of work injuries, retaliation (Section 451), and arbitration. Currently, Steven serves as a Director on the Board of Advocates for the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and holds the position of Secretary for the esteemed San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association. His outstanding contributions have earned him the recognition of being named a “Rising Star” multiple times by Thomson Reuters.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Steven cherishes quality time with his beloved wife and family. He also showcases his competitive spirit by participating in Jiu Jitsu tournaments throughout the country and has currently achieved the rank of purple belt. Steven also enjoys indulging in the company of his skateboarding English Bulldog, Capone.
