Dannick G. Villaseñor-Hernandez
Dannick G. Villaseñor-Hernandez is a native of Weslaco, Texas. She received Bachelor of Arts in Government and Spanish from University of Texas at Austin, graduating summa cum laude with highest honors. She graduated in the top 12% of her class from St. Mary’s University School of Law in May 2011. While attending St. Mary’s University School of Law, Dannick worked as a student attorney providing legal services to low-income communities in San Antonio and along the border. She spent the first eight years of her practice working as an insurance defense attorney where she handled trucking and commercial vehicle accident litigation across the state of Texas. She then joined the Firm in December 2019, bringing her broad litigation background and experience defending cases to our practice.
Dannick has presented cases at trial as well as written appeals and oral argument before the Fourth Court of Appeals. She is an active member of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Association. In 2017, she was a graduate of the Bexar County Women’s Bar Foundation LEAD Academy, and has served on its Steering Committee since 2019. She currently serves as the Symposium and Seminars Chair for the LEAD Academy. Since 2016, Dannick has also served as the Regional Coordinator for the Texas High School Mock Trial Competition, in which she is responsible for organizing and hosting the annual competition at the Cadena-Reeves Justice Center for hundreds of local high school students. She also currently serves on the board of the San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association.
